Our exclusive housing offer consists of houses that cannot be found on other platforms. The houses are only for sale through us, for a fixed price. So you get priority on starter houses. That's very fair.
How do you get this exclusive supply of starter houses?
We work closely with a variety of parties, including developers, housing associations and private sellers who grant those housing market starters their house(s).
Are there any costs associated with buying a house from the exclusive starter home offerings?
We do not charge a registration fee. The cost of buying an exclusive property through us is €5,999 including VAT, always on a no cure no pay basis. If you don't buy anything, it costs nothing.
What if I want to buy a property from the exclusive offer, but I am not a starter?
First-time buyers get priority on our offer. This way they have a fair chance at a first house for sale. You are not a starter? Even then you can buy a house from our offer, but starters always have priority.
Is the exclusive offer of starter houses also available in my area?
We have a wide range of properties in different regions. But the focus is mainly on Amsterdam, Haarlem and Zaanstad. We always try to expand our offer, so that there are enough houses for starters in different regions, with different wishes.
Can I negotiate the price of a property from the exclusive offer?
No, you cannot negotiate. The prices are fixed and fair. They are based on an appraisal report. That provides clarity and transparency for the buyer and seller.
